How might coaching help you?

Coaching helps you to develop self-awareness and accountability. It is future-focused and action orientated. Rather than providing answers, coaching helps you to tap into your own resources and ideas to take concrete steps forward. It creates a powerful space to think, explore, reframe and gain clarity.

How I Work

I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means the work stays genuinely personal. Sessions are one hour long and typically take place twice per month over Zoom, on the phone, or in person (depending on your preference and location). A coaching cycle is typically 6 or 12 sessions.
