In 2014, I established and led Grounded Sounds charity for 7 years, honing my skills in strategic leadership, team building, and innovation. Most recently, I completed the On Purpose Leadership Development Programme, which further refined my coaching approach for leadership. After 7 years of running SGS I stepped away to focus on my coaching practice and to continue my journey in the non-profit sector. A bit about coaching I first came across coaching in 2018 when I was feeling a bit stuck and unfulfilled. My coach helped me to mentally untangle, build greater self-awareness and move forward confidently in life. Convinced by its impact, I began training as a coach myself. Coaching, unlike therapy, focuses on the future. A confidential space to have bold and honest conversations, led by the client and their topics.
